• Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Customer data is separated in a logical multi-tenant architecture with row-level security at the database layer.
• Role-based access control is used, and MFA is enforced for Administrator roles.

• Every Ounce uses GPT-4o through Azure OpenAI Service.
• Customer data is not used for base-model training.

Every Ounce can surface demand, prep, ingredient, labor, and supplier signals. It does not execute orders or change operations without a human Confirm action.
